食管癌贲门癌术后吻合口瘘的原因、诊治及预防

目的分析食管癌贲门癌术后吻合口瘘的原因、诊断及治疗，探讨其预防措施。方法对1985年1月至2008年1月我院672例食管癌、贲门癌术后发生吻合口瘘22例患者临床情况进行回顾性分析。结果本组22例吻合口瘘患者，16例积极治疗成功，6例死亡。结论食管癌、贲门癌术后吻合口瘘原因多样，应及早发现、明确诊断、采取综合的处理方法能有效降低术后吻合口瘘的发生率。

Causes diognosis treatment and prevention of postoperative anastomotic fistula in esophagus and cardia carcinoma

Objective To find the cause of postoperative anastomotie fistula in esophagus and eardia carcinoma, how to diagnose and treat, discuss preventive measures. Methods Reviewed 22 cases clinical setting of 672 cases of esophagus and cardia carcinoma who had surgical treatment in Jan 1985 to Jan 2008. Results Twenty -two cases had postoperative anastomotie fistula, 16 cases were successful by active treatment, 6 eases died. Conclusions The reasons of esophagus and eardia anastomotie fistula after operation have many sides, should be found early, and to identify diognosis, universal precautions is significant in reducing the incidence rate of postoperative anastomotic fistul.
