胼胝体发育不全的MRI诊断

摘    要:目的分析胼胝体发育不全的MRI表现特点,探讨MRI对胼胝体发育不全的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析36例胼胝体发育不全患者的MRI表现。结果MRI显示胼胝体完全缺如8例,部分缺如23例,胼胝体变薄5例。22例伴有其他先天性脑部畸形,其中合并脂肪瘤7例,灰质异位5例,穿通畸形3例,脑裂畸形2例,Dandy—Walker综合征2例,蛛网膜囊肿并巨脑回1例,脑裂畸形并透明隔缺如1例,Dandy—Walker综合征并脑干发育不良1例。结论MRI可以很好地显示胼胝体发育不全及其所伴发的其他脑部畸形。MRI是诊断胼胝体发育不全的首选及最佳方法。

Abstract:Objective To analyse the features of MRI manifestation, and investigate the value of MRI in diagnosis of dysgenesis of the corpus callosum. Methods The MRI findings of 36 cases with dysgenesis of the corpus callosum were retrospectively analysed,including 19 males and 17 females,age ranging from 1 to 52 years old. All cases were examined by MRI,including axial TIWI,T2WI and saggital T1WI of SE sequence. Results The complete lack of corpus callosum was found in 8 cases, partial lack of corpus callosum in 23 cases and thinning of corpus callosum in 5 cases. The associated inborn malformations were found in 22 cases, including lipoma in 7 cases, gray matter heterotopia in 5 cases, porencephaly in 3 cases, schizeneephaly in 2 cases,Dandy -Walker syndrome in 2 cases, arachnoid cyst with macrogyria in 1 case, schizencephaly with lack of septum pellucidum in 1 case, and Dandy - Walker syndrome with hypogenesis of brain stem in 1 case. Conclusions MRI can display dysgenesis of the corpus callosnm and associated cerebral malformations very well. MRI is the first and the preferrest way to diagnose dysgenesis of the corpus callosnm.
