急性胰腺炎伴肝损害48例

目的研究急性胰腺炎伴不同程度肝损害患者的临床特点。方法对48例急性胰腺炎伴不同程度肝损害患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果48例中轻症急性胰腺炎伴肝损害36例，占75．0％，重症急性胰腺炎伴肝损害12例，占25．0％。重症急性胰腺炎肝损害程度较轻型急性胰腺炎重。多数患者肝功能随胰腺炎好转而恢复，部分患者需经保肝、降酶治疗后方能恢复正常。结论急性胰腺炎合并肝损害的比例较高，且肝损害程度与胰腺炎病情呈一定相关性。

Acute pancreatitis with liver injury in 48 cases

Objective To study the clinical characteristics of patients of acute pancreatitis with liver injury. Methods The data of forty - eight cases of acute pancreatitis with liver injury admitted were reviewed and analyzed retrospectively. Results Among the 48 cases, there were 36 cases had mild acute pancreatitis which account for 75.0 percent, and 12 cases had severe acute pancreatitis which account for 25.0 percent. The degree of liver injury in severe acute pancreatitis was higer than that in mild acute pancreatitis. Liver injury in most of the patients got well along with the mending of acute pancreatitis. The other need medical treatment. Conclusions Liver injury incidence of acute pancreatitis is high- er, and the degree of liver injury has some correction with state of acute pancreatitis.
