急性坏死性肠炎58例手术治疗分析

目的评价急性坏死性肠炎手术治疗效果,探讨手术时机与方式.方法自1981年10月至2000年3月共手术治疗急性坏死性肠炎58例,按照其临床分型,结合临床检查,分别采取肠系膜封闭、肠减压、肠切除、肠造口等手术治疗.结果手术治疗58例,治愈38例.其中一期吻合成功28例,二期吻合10例,死亡 20例.结论密切观察病情变化,严格掌握手术适应证,选择合适手术时机及术中正确判断手术方式,是手术治疗的关键,亦是达到治愈的重要环节.

Analysis of operative treatment for acute hemorrhagic necrotic enteritis:a report of 58 cases

Objective To evaluate the effect of operation for acute hemorrhagic necrotic enteritis and to investigate the method and opportunity of operation.Methods 58 acute hemorrhagic necrotic enteritis patients were received operative treatment from October 1981 to March 2000.According to the clinical typing and combining with clinical examination,the patients were treated with operations of mesorrhaphy,decompression of intestine,enterectomy and enterostomy respectively.Results 58 cases were treated with operation.Among them 38 cases were cured,including primary anastomosis 28 cases,secondary anastomosis 10 cases,20 cases were dead.Conclusion It's important to investigate carefully patient's condition and grasp strictly the operative indication and select the operative opportunity and method.
