摘    要:针对医学微生物学教学中容易出现的知识零散、枯燥,学生难以理解和记忆的问题,在教学过程中,采用CBL教学模式,有针对性地引入相应病例,使学生在课堂上感受临床气息,体会该课程与临床工作的重要关系,从而激发学习兴趣,使学生对微生物学知识的学习更具积极性和主动性。同时也可训练医学思维,提高教学效果。此举对教师而言,也能促进自身业务水平的不断提高。

Abstract:In view of scattered and boring knowledge in medical microbiology teaching and students' having difficulty in understanding and memorizing,we adopted case study-based learning(CBL) approach,which introduced cases during teaching.It enables students to feel the clinical atmosphere in classrooms and understand the important relation between this course and clinical work so as to arouse their interest in learning and improve their initiative in acquiring microbiological knowledge.Meanwhile it can train student...
