| 摘 要： | 目的介绍并总结线扎逐步缩窄蒂部法行皮瓣早期断蒂的临床应用及效果。方法对48例患者共56块随意型皮瓣采用丝线结扎、逐步缩窄蒂部后断蒂。结果皮瓣平均断蒂时间为术后10天，断蒂后无1例皮瓣坏死。结论采用本方法简便易行，安全可靠，可以缩短皮瓣断蒂时间。

| Abstract: | Objective To introduce a new method of early cut-off of flap by ligation to make pedicle narrow, and to study its clinical application. Methods Fifty-six random pedicles flaps in 48 cases were cut off after thinning them through ligation. Results The mean time for removal of the pedicles was 10 days. No necrosis of flaps after the resection. Conclusion This method is safe and reliable,and the time of pedicle cut-off can be shortened. |
