膀胱恶性肿瘤电切术后膀胱灌注患者心理体验的质性研究

目的了解膀胱恶性肿瘤电切术后膀胱灌注患者的心理体验。方法采用目的抽样法对10例膀胱恶性肿瘤电切术后膀胱灌注患者进行深度访谈,收集资料,用现象学分析法进行分析和归纳。结果经资料分析,提炼出患者的心理体验,包括不祥预感、需要获得信息帮助、从震惊到接受现实、需要精神支持、自责、对膀胱灌注及膀胱检查的恐惧、对医疗费用的担心、对疾病前景担心8个主题。结论膀胱恶性肿瘤电切术后膀胱灌注患者的心理体验有其自身特点,需根据患者心理状态提供针对性心理护理。

Qualitative research on psychological experience for patients undergoing bladder irrigation after electrocision of bladder malignancies

Objective To study the psychological experience for patients undergoing bladder irrigation after electrocision of bladder malignancies.Method Take depth-interview for 10cases of patients undergoing bladder irrigation after electrocision of bladder malignancies by target sampling method.Collect information,analyze and conclude it by phenomenological analysis.Result 8themes of psychological experience,namely negative premonition,demand on information help,process from shock to accepting reality,demand on spiritual support,self-accusation,fear on bladder irrigation and examination,concerning on medical costs and disease development are concluded by information.Conclusion Psychological experience for patients undergoing bladder irrigation after electrocision of bladder malignancies has its own characteristics.Patients need corresponding psychological care according to their condition.
