2011~2013年梅州市梅县区托幼机构消毒质量监测

目的了解梅州市梅县区托幼机构消毒质量状况,找出存在问题,提出改进措施。方法 2011~2013年采用现场采样检测方法,对梅县区在册的178家托幼机构消毒质量进行监测。结果连续3年对梅县区托幼机构各类监测对象共采集1 942份样本,总平均合格率为65.91%。2011~2013年年度平均合格率分别为44.37%、81.39%和85.13%(P<0.01),室内空气、工作人员手、物体表面和玩具的平均合格率分别为63.03%、57.93%、69.39%和74.29%。城区和乡镇托幼机构的平均合格率分别为80.11%和46.12%。结论梅州市梅县区托幼机构消毒质量呈逐年上升趋势,但总体水平仍较低,尤其是乡镇托幼机构,应引起重视。

Surveillance an Disinfection Quality Data in Nurseries and Kindergartens Institutions,Meixian District,Meizhou City, 2011-2013

Objective To understand the disinfection quality of the kindergartens in Meixian district, Meizhou city,and find the existing problems, so as to improve the disinfection efficacy. Methods On-the-spot sampling investigation method was used to monitor the disinfection quality in nurseries and kindergartens institutions in Meixian district. Re- sults During 2011-2013,1 942 samples of nurseries and kindergartens institutions in the district were collected. The total average qualified rate was 65.91%. The qualified rate from 2011 to 2013 was 44.37% ,81.39% and 85.13%（ P〈0.01）, and that of indoor air, staff hands, surfaces of objects and toys was 63.03%, 57.93%, 69.39% and 74.29% respectively. The qualified rate of nurseries and kindergartens institutions in urban area was 80.11% and that of kindergartens in ru- ral area was 46.12%. Conclusion The disinfection quality of kindergartens in Meixian district increases year by year, but the overall level is relatively low, especially the nurseries and kindergartens institutions in rural area. So more attention should be paid to rural nurseries and kindergartens institutions.
