彩色多普勒超声对周围浅表血管瘤的诊断价值

目的探讨彩超对周围浅表血管瘤的诊断价值。方法60例周围浅表血管瘤行彩超检查,全部病例均经手术及病理证实。结果海绵状血管瘤多表现为混合性回声肿块,CDFI显示以静脉血流为主,部分有低速的动脉血流,加压试验多阳性。毛细血管瘤表现为类实性回声肿块,CDFI示为低速静脉血流,加压试验多阴性。蔓状血管瘤、静脉型血管瘤及淋巴管血管瘤表现为液性无回声肿块,内部呈大小不等或相互交错的管状暗区,CDFI血流信号丰富,加压试验阳性。结论彩超对周围浅表血管瘤的诊断具有重要价值。

Value of color Doppler flow imaging in the diagnosis of peripheral superficial hemangioma

Objective To evaluate the role of color Doppler flow imaging(CDFI) in the diagnosis of peripheral superficial hemangiomas. Methods Sixty cases of peripheral superficial hemangiomas were examined with CDFI and were proven by operation and pathology. Results Angiocavernoma presented as a mixed echogenic lesion, CDFI showed venous signals or partially arterial flow with low velocity, and notable morphologic changes under compression. Capillary hemangioma presented as a solid lesion, CDFI showed venous signal with low velocity, and little morphologic change under compression. Racemose or venous hemangioma and lymph-vascular hemangioma presented as lobular anechogenic areas with different size or interconnection. CDFI showed sufficient blood flow signals, and notable morphologic change under compression. Conclusion CDFI is of very important value in the diagnosis of peripheral superficial hemangioma.
