| 摘 要： | 目的 评价羟基磷灰石作为充填物在爆裂性眶壁骨折整复及眼球内隐矫治术中的应用。方法 对１９９６年１月至１９９９年１月所行的１５６例手术进行分析研究，术中均使用羟基磷灰石充填。结果 术后观察平均６．５月，无１例排异。复视消除总有效率１００％，眼球内隐同治愈率９２．６％。结论 羟基磷灰石作为充填物，组织相容性好，支撑性能好。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the application of hydroxyapatite as obturation in the orbital blowout fracture and enophthalmos plastic surgery. Methods We analyzed 156 surgical cases from January, 1996 to January, 1999. Hydroxyapatite were used as obturation in all surgery. Results The average follow up time is 6.5 months, no rejection, the total efficiency rate of diplopia was 100 percent, and the cure rate of enophthalmos was 92.6 percent. Conclusion Hydroxyapatite used as obituration has good histocompativility and sustentation. |
