24例缩咽手术后使用语图仪检查腭咽闭合功能

目的缩咽手术后使用语图仪检查腭裂病人术后语音功能。方法时24例诊断为腭咽闭合不全的病人，术前厦施行缩咽术后语图仪进行检查其术前，术后腭咽闭合功能的变化时患者语言功能恢复的影响。结果术后1周，16例明显改善；术后1个月，18例明显改善：术后3个月后，21例明显改善。结论缩咽手术是治疗非功能性腭咽闭合不全有效的手段。

Objective The patients after the pharyngeal-con-strictive surgery had examined velopharyngeal incompetence phonical function with sonagraph. Methods 24 patients were examined who were diagnosed as velopharyngeal insufficiency patients after the pharyngeal-con- stritive surgery had examined velopharyngeal incompetence function with sonagraph.ficiency with sonagraph in the presuregery, after the pharyngeal-constrictive surgery respectively. Results The symptoms of velopharyngeal insufficiency of 16 patients had been improved obviously in the 1st week after the surgery; in the 1st month after the surgery the symptoms of 18 patients had been omproved obviously; in the 3rd month after the surgery the symptoms of 21 patients had been improved obviously. Conclusion The pharyngeal-con-strictive surgery is an effecive method treating non-functional velopharyngeal incompetence.
