| 摘 要： | 目的探讨二级脾蒂离断原位巨脾切除术的临床应用价值。方法分析本院2000年4月至2008年6月所有采用二级脾蒂离断原位巨脾切除术75例患者的临床资料。结果75例手术平均出血量50ml,手术过程中无需异体输血,术后无胰漏、膈下感染、高热、胃肠瘘等严重并发症发生。结论二级脾蒂离断术是一种安全、有效的巨脾切除手术方式。

Study on the the technique of spleen subpedicel severance in splenectomy |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical value of the technique of spleen subpedicel severance in splenectomy. Methods From Apirl 2000 to August 2008, 75 cases underwent spleen subpedicel severance in splenectom. Results The mean blood loss was 50 ml and no cases underwent blood transfusion. The complications such as Subphrenic infection, high fever, pancreatic fistula were hanppen in none. Conclusion The technique of spleen subpedicel severance in splenectomy is safe, effective and should be prometed. |
