利培酮与奋乃静治疗首发儿童精神分裂症62例临床观察

目的探讨利培酮与奋乃静治疗儿童精神分裂症的疗效和药物不良反应的差异。方法62例住院首发儿童精神分裂症或分裂样精神病患者采用完全随机设计方法分为2组：利培酮组32例应用利培酮治疗，奋乃静组30例应用奋乃静治疗，以简明精神病评定量表、临床疗效总评量表对2组进行疗效评定并对比分析。结果利培酮组显进率75％，奋乃静组为47％，2组间显进率比较有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。临床疗效总评量表中疗效指数差异2组患者治疗效果比较无统计学意义（P=0．25）。简明精神病评定量表评分差异P〈0．01。治疗第1周末，除激活增高因子外，2组病例的其他各因子改变的差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。第1、2、4周的活力缺乏因子、敌对猜疑因子的差值在2组间均有统计学意义（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）。结论利培酮治疗儿童精神分裂症较奋乃静起效时间快且疗效好，药物不良反应较少，患者的依从性好。

Clinical observation of risperidone and perphenazine for treatment of first episode of children schizophrenia

Objective To evaluate the difference of treatment efficacy and side effects between Risperidone and perphenazine for children schizophrenia. Methods Treatment efficacy and side effects of 62 patients who met CCMD-3 criteria were evaluated by BPRS and CGi respectively, including 32 patients treated with Risperidone and 30 patients treated with perphenazine. Results Risperidone had a higher ameliorated rate in symptoms(75%) than perphenazine (47%) ,there was no significant difference the improvement of schizophrenia symptoms in the study. The scores of BPRS before and after treatment in 2 groups were significantly different (P<0.01). Conclusion The efficacy, safety of Risperidone is higher than that of perphenazine for children schizophrenia.
