| Abstract: | Two purely subdiaphragmatic intrasellar meningiomias are described. The rarity of this unusual intrasellar tumor is stressed, and the differential diagnosis of intrasellar meningioma versus pituitary adenoma is discussed. The good results of the rhinoseptal route for surgery are emphasized. |
