| Abstract: | The amount of cholic acid was determined by use of first-derivative ultraviolet spectrophotometry and satisfactory test results were achieved.The 'findings showed that this method was better than the colorimetry with furfural and sulfuric acid as color-procucing agents adopted in the local specifications. |
