| 摘 要： | 目的 观察推拿手法治疗慢性非特异性腰痛的疗效,探讨其治疗机理。方法 将122 名慢性非特异性腰痛患者随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组给予高压中频电治疗,治疗组给予推拿手法治疗。治疗前后进行腰椎功能评分。结果 对照组治疗有效率为67.8%,治疗组有效率为100%,治疗组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论推拿手法能够有效治疗慢性非特异性腰痛。

| Abstract: | Objectlve to observe the effect of manipulation therapy for chronic nonspecific low back pain.Methods 122 chronic nonspecific low back pain patients were randomly divided into control and treatment group.High voltage medial frequency treatment was prescribed to control group,Chinese manipulation therapy was prescribed to treatment group.Lumbar function was evaluated before and after treament.Results the efficiency of high voltage medial frequency treatment in control group was 67.8%,much lower than that of treament group(100%).Conclusion Manipulation therapy had a good effect on chronic nonspecific low back pain. |
