3-硝基丙酸的代谢研究

摘    要:
3-硝基丙酸是引起变质甘蔗中毒的主要毒性物质。本实验采用定位氚标记物,对3-硝基丙酸体内外代谢进行了研究。结果表明,[2,3-~3H]3-硝基丙酸在体外实验条件下不被大鼠肝微粒体酶所代谢。进入动物体内后,肾、肝的放射性最高,各脑区分布未见明显差别,放射性核素与脑组织成分无特异性结合,3天内从尿、粪排出的总放射性为灌胃量的22.3%,其余的以最终代谢产物均匀掺入各组织中。

Abstract:
3-Nitropropionic acid is the main toxicant causing deteriorated su-garcane poisoning. ~3H-labelled 3-nitropropionic acid was used in thisex-periment. The results showed that [2, 3-~3H] 3-nitropropionic acid is notmetabolized by liver microsomes from rats in vitro.After oral admini-stration of [2, 3-~3H] 3-nitrcprcpicnic acid, Specific activity in kidneyand liver were the highest.The difference of radionuclei distribution in various regions of brain and radioactivity binding to the macromoleculesof the brain was not observed.The excretion of radioactivity in urineand faeces within three days accounted to 22.3% of the administrateddose and the others in the form of ultimate metabolites was uniformlyincorporated into all tissues in rats.
