拉萨市某县乡居民合理用药情况认知调查分析

目的对拉萨市某县乡居民合理用药情况认知进行调查及分析,从而得出拉萨市某县乡居民对合理用药的认知情况,以期提高拉萨市县乡居民的合理用药意识。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷随机对拉萨市某县乡居民进行问卷调查,将调查结果录入计算机并分析。结果本次调查共发放问卷1200份,回收有效问卷1045份,其中对合理用药有一定了解的仅占14.07%;对抗生素和激素完全不了解的占34.55%;药物依从性分别为完全遵照医嘱的为87.46%;自行购药治疗时完全遵照说明书的为77.89%。本次调查居民中35.59%发生过药物不良反应,其中,近80%选择看医生或停药;在用药习惯上有20.96%的居民有过要求医生多开药,有58.76%的居民认为相比口服药更愿意选择注射剂,另有20.77%的居民曾主动要求使用注射剂。结论居民对合理用药知识极其欠缺,但拥有较高用药依从性。

Conclusion： Knowledge for the rational use of drugs were seldom, but with high drug compliance for residents.
