大剂量苄星青霉素注射方法的研究

目的探讨提高大剂量苄星青霉素一次性注射成功率及减轻患者疼痛的方法。方法将400例需肌内注射大剂量苄星青霉素的门诊患者，采用传统方法（溶媒为0．9％氯化钠溶液5mL）和改良方法（溶媒为利多卡因注射液5mL）分侧注射，就一次性注射成功率、患者疼痛感及硬结产生情况进行对照研究。结果改良注射法组一次性注射成功率明显高于传统组（x^2=37．88，P〈0．05），注射的疼痛程度、硬结数明显低于传统组（x^2=4．89，P〈0．05,x^2=7．81，P〈0．05）。结论改良法注射效果优于传统法，且可减少硬结产生；大剂量苄星青霉素分侧注射法，可达到其他方法注射普通剂量相同的效果。

A study of injection of large dose of Benzathine penicillin
