1163例非酒精性脂肪肝患者与气虚质痰湿质相关性研究

目的:调查1163例非酒精性脂肪肝患者的体质类型分布,及与体重指数、血脂及血清酶学的相关性分析。方法:采用横断面调查方法。由经过培训的合格调查员,在调查对象获得知情同意的基础上,对符合非酒精性脂肪肝诊断标准的患者进行现场调查和相关项目的体检。结果:①气虚质和痰湿质是非酒精性脂肪肝发病的主要病理体质。②非酒精性脂肪肝患者痰湿质较气虚质更易出现体重指数异常、血脂异常及血清酶学异常。

The Relational Research of 1163 Example Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver Patient and Qi-deficiency Constitution,Phlegm-dampness Constitution

Objective：To investigate the types of constitution of 1163 cases of non-alcoholic fatty liver patients,and to study the relationship of non-alcoholic fatty liver and body mass index,blood lipids,blood serum zymology.Methods：Uses a cross-sectional survey method.Firt the survey obtains the informed consent,and then who conforms to the non-alcoholic fatty liver diagnosis standard patient to carry on the spot investigation and the related project physical examination by trained and qualified investigator.Results：①The Qi-deficiency constitution and Phlegm-dampness constitution were the mainly pathology constitution of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.②The non-alcoholic fatty liver patients with Phlegm-dampness constitution was more closed related to abnormal body mass index,dyslipidemia,and abnormal serum enzyme than Qi-deficiency constitution.
