| 摘 要： | 就脾虚与胃黏膜防御机制的相关性从胃黏膜等组织中NO含量、胃黏膜免疫机制、胃泌素、表皮生长因子、胃黏膜血流量等5个方面进行了综述,普遍认为脾虚与胃黏膜免疫机制下降、胃黏膜等组织中NO含量变化、胃泌素分泌异常、EGF的表达变化以及胃黏膜血流降低等因素相关,胃黏膜防御机制功能的降低贯穿在中医脾虚的病理过程和病理证候之中;同时,就脾虚与胃黏膜防御机制相关性研究中存在的不足进行了评价,提出了展望。

| Abstract: | This paper takes Summary in every way of correlation between spleen deficiency and Gastric mucosa defense mechanism from the content of gastric mucosa tissue NO,Gastric mucosal immunity Mechanism,Gastrin,EGF,Gastric mucosal blood flow.It is thought that spleen deficiency is related to the following factors： gastric mucosal immunity mechanism,content changes of gastric mucosa tissue NO,abnormity of gastrin secretion,EGF expression,reduction of gastric mucosal blood flow.And the depressed gastric mucosal defense mechanism is thought to play a role in the whole pathological process of the spleen deficiency,and be related to all kinds of pathological syndrome of spleen deficiency.while,the deficiency of the research gaps have been evaluated and presented. |
