| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨对腰椎间盘突出症进行中医辨证施护的有效方法,为临床护理提供指导。方法:将186例腰椎间盘突出症病人随机分为观察组和对照组各93例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组根据不同证型辨证施护,连续4~6周后比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:根据腰椎间盘突出症各型予辨证施护可提高疗效。 |

| Abstract: | Objective：Discussion on prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc TCM Nursing for an effective way to provide guidance for clinical care. Methods：To 186 cases of lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into two groups and the control group 93 cases of the control group given conventional care, the observation group differentiation based on different evidence - based nursing,for 4- 6 weeks after treatment were compared between two groups. Results： Significant effect of the observation group than the control group （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion：According to various types of lumbar disc herniation to the dialectic can enhance the effectiveness of nursing. |
