青龙摆尾针法为主治疗脏躁临床观察

目的:观察青龙摆尾针法为主治疗脏躁的疗效。方法:将96例脏躁患者随机分为观察组和对照组各48例,观察组采用针灸加埋线治疗,对照组以补中益气汤加减治疗。治疗3个疗程后,观察两组病例临床疗效;并对观察组患者的临床疗效与病程的关系进行分析。结果:观察组的疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:青龙摆尾针法为主治疗脏躁疗效显著,且疗效与病程密切相关。

Clinical Observation of Hysteria Treated by Acupuncture With the Qinglongbaiwei Method

Objective ：To observe the efficacy of Acupunture with the Qinglongbaiwei method for Hysteria. Methods：96 cases were randomly divided into two groups. The Observation group was treated by acupunture with the Qinglongbaiwei method and the control group with Gan-mai-dazao Decoction. After treatment with 3 courses,the therapeutic effects were compared as well as the relationship between the therapeutic effect and process of disease of the observation group. Result：The efficacy of the observation group was better than the control group obviously, and there was significant difference between two groups（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： The efficacy of Acupunture with the Qinglongbaiwei method for Hysteria was obviously, and there was close relationship between the therapeutic efficacy and disease course.
