摘    要:目的:比较分析不同采集方法制备的麻黄中的挥发性成分。方法:分别采用水蒸气蒸馏提取挥发油和顶空直接进样技术采集麻黄的挥发性成分,对其进行GC-MS分析。结果:采用顶空进样技术,可鉴定出麻黄中34个挥发性化学成分;采用水蒸气蒸馏法可鉴定出39个挥发性化学成分;2种采样方法进行的GC/MS分析,有5种相同化合物,但相对含量有一定差异。结论:2种样品采集方法,分别提供了麻黄中不同沸点的挥发物的化学信息;运用这2种方法可以建立更全面的麻黄挥发性成分GC-MS表征体系。

Abstract:Objective:To compare the difference of volatile compounds in ephedrae herba treated with different sample preparation methods.Methods:Treated with steam distillation and headspace injection respectively,the volatile constituents in ephedrae herba were analyzed by GC-MS.Results:By GC-MS,34 volatile compounds in ephedrae herba treated with headspace injection were identified,whereas 39 volatile compounds in volatile oil which obtained by steam distillation were identified;among the detected compounds in the samples treated with different method,there are 5 compounds with the same structure and different relative content.Conclusion:The above two sample preparation methods are focusing on volatile compounds with different boiling points;analyzing the herb with the above two methods is feasible to establish GC-MS representation system for ephedrae herba.
