| 摘 要： | 目的 评价所建立的适用于我国城市医院患者的2型糖尿病专科诊疗路径的效果、效益、可行性和可推广性。方法 采用历史对照方法和个人深入访谈，对所建立的专科诊疗路径进行评价。结果 实施2型糖尿病酮症酸中毒专科诊疗路径能减少患者的住院天数、降低医疗费用，同时提高了患者对医疗服务的满意度。结论 2型糖尿病酮症酸中毒专科诊疗路径作为一个疾病管理模式具有一定的成本效益。 |

| Abstract: | Objective The aim of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness, benefit, feasibility and extrapolability of the clinical pathway developed in urban hospital for the patients with type 2 diabetic ketoacidosis.Methods The clinical pathway developed in urban hospital was evaluated by before-after trial and individual depth interview.Results The clinical pathway for type 2 diabetic ketoacidosis shortened the LOS (length of hospital stay), decreased the medical cost and increased the satisfaction of patients in experimental group.Conclusion The clinical pathway developed in urban hospital for patients with type 2 diabetic ketoacidosis may be a cost-effectiveness model for disease management. |
