| 摘 要： | 目的:观察天灸血清对急性心肌缺血大鼠血清及心肌组织SOD、MDA的影响,探讨天灸对缺血心肌保护作用的作用机理。方法:选健康SD大鼠36只随机分为天灸血清组、正常血清组、模型对照组、空白对照组。以天灸后制备出的大鼠血清进行尾静脉注射作为干预手段,以血清及心肌组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、心肌组织丙二醛(MDA)的含量为效应指标。结果:天灸血清可明显提高血清及心肌组织中SOD的活性,降低血清及心肌组织中MDA的含量。且天灸血清与正常血清二者相比,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:天灸与针刺、艾灸一样可引起血清的改变,我们提出"天灸血清"的概念;天灸"内关、膻中、心俞"穴后的血清可减轻心肌组织的损伤程度,对缺血性心肌有一定的保护作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:to observe the effect of cold moxibustion serum on SOD and MDA in serum and tissues of acute myocardial ischemia rats, and to explore the functional mechanism of cold moxibustion on protecting ischemia cardiac muscle. Methods: 36 healthy SD rats were randomly divided into cold moxibustion group, normal group, model group and control group, with caudal vein injection in serum prepared by cold moxibustion as intervention, SOD and MDA contents in serum and tissues as effect indicator. Results: Cold moxibustion, as well as acupuncture and moxibustion, could change blood serum. Serum by cold moxibustion on Neiguan, Shanzhong and Xinyu could alleviate injury of cardiac muscle, and could protect ischemia cardiac muscle to some extent. |
