2012～2015年无室间质量评价项目的实验室间比对结果分析

目的：探讨实验室间比对作为无室间质评的替代性程序以评价实验室间结果的一致性和可比性。方法采用混合血清和全血作为实验室间项目比对的材料，统计2012～2015年20个实验室之间10个检测项目的比对结果，分析比对项目和实验室的合格率。结果2012年至2015年7次实验室间比对项目平均合格率分别为91．15％、91．81％、91．91％、93．34％、95．50％、94．79％、96．79％，各实验室平均合格率≥95％的有12家，90％‐95％的5家，≤90％的3家。结论参加实验室间比对是对除室间质量评价以外项目的有效补充，有计划的实施以混合血清和全血为材料的实验室间比对，能提高实验室间结果的一致性和可比性。

Analysis on results of interlaboratory comparison from 2012 to 2015 for tests without external quality assessment

Objective To explore interlaboratory comparison as alternative assessment procedures to evaluate interlaboratory re‐sults consistency and comparability .Methods To statistics test and laboratories qualification rate 7 times from 2012 to 2015 in 20 laboratories for use of Pooled serum and whole blood as intermedium of interlaboratory comparison .Results Interlaboratory com‐parison 7 times from 2012 to 2015 qualified rate was 91 .15% 、91 .81% 、93 .34% 、91 .91% 、95 .50% 、94 .79% 、96 .79% ,average qualified rate above 95% is 12 laboratories ,among 90% to 95% is 5 laboratories ,below 90% is 3 laboratories .Conclusion Interlab‐oratory comparison is effective supplement for test which is none EQA to supply ,and can be improve Interlaboratory results consis‐tency and comparability by use of Pooled serum and whole blood materials for comparison .
