产前检查在妊娠晚期胎盘早剥诊断中的应用价值研究

目的探讨产前检查对妊娠晚期胎盘早剥的诊断价值。方法 2013年6月至2016年3月在该院接受产前检查的妊娠晚期孕妇100例,比较产前检查及产后随访胎盘早剥诊断情况,以及各种检查方法对胎盘早剥的确诊情况。结果 100例孕妇经产前检查确诊胎盘早剥72例(72.00%),产后随访确诊75例(75.00%),产前检查、产后随访胎盘早剥确诊率比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。经超声检查,于产前检查诊断胎盘早剥61例,最终确诊69例;采用其他方法于产前检查诊断胎盘早剥11例,最终确诊6例。阴道流血是胎盘早剥最常见症状,血性羊水次之,胎心改变发生例数最少。产前检查和产后随访确诊患者间,腹痛、阴道流血、胎心改变、血性羊水发生例数比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论产前检查对妊娠晚期胎盘早剥具有重要的诊断价值,值得推广应用。

Clinical application value of antenatal examination in the diagnosis of placental abruption in third trimester pregnant women

Objective To discuss the application value of antenatal examination in the diagnosis of placental abruption in third trimester pregnant women .Methods A total of 100 cases of third trimester pregnant women ,receiving antenatal examination dur‐ing Jun .2013 and Mar .2016 ,were enrolled .Results of antenatal examination and postpartum followup were compared .Results In 100 cases of third trimester pregnant women ,72 cases(72 .00% ) were diagnosed with placental abruption ,which was not signifi‐cantly different with the 75 cases(75 .00% ) that diagnosed during postpartum followup(P>0 .05) .During antenatal examination , 61 cases were diagnosed by ultra‐sound examination ,and 69 cases were diagnosed during postpartum followup .11 cases were diag‐nosed by other methods ,and 6 cases were diagnosed during postpartum followup .Between patients diagnosed during antenatal ex‐amination and postpartum followup ,the cases of vaginal bleeding ,abdominal pain ,change of fetal heart and bloody amniotic were not significantly different(P>0 .05) .Conclusion Antenatal examination could be with important value for the diagnosis of placental abruption in third trimester pregnant women .
