双种植体支持烤瓷单冠修复单颗磨牙缺失困难的临床研究

目的：探讨单颗磨牙缺失双种植体植入后冠上修复无共同就位道时的临床解决办法。方法：对11例单颗磨牙缺失植入BLB双种植体后冠上修复无共同就位道的患者种植体上安放螺丝固位基台，利用螺丝固位塑料基台修复帽先铸金属内冠调整两个种植基台的方向，获取共同就位道后制作烤瓷单冠粘接修复，进行1年的追踪观察。结果：11例患者修复后经过一年随访，该种植烤瓷单冠咀嚼功能良好、无疼痛症状，种植体周围无明显炎症，x线片未发现种植体周围骨质明显吸收。结论：双种植体植入后冠上修复无共同就位道时螺丝固位塑料基台修复帽可调整种植基台方向使两个种植基台获得共同就位道。

Clinical study of PFM supported by two implants restorative single lost molar of difficulty case
