巩膜隧道小切口白内障囊外摘除并人工晶状体植入术的疗效观察

摘    要:目的 :探讨巩膜隧道小切口白内障囊外摘除 (ECCE)术并人工晶状体植入的临床疗效。方法 :对 10 2例老年性白内障患者 (12 0只眼 ) ,在上方角膜缘后 1.5~ 2mm处切口做长约 4mm巩膜隧道 ,行ECCE并人工晶状体植入术。结果 :术后 1d、1周、1个月和 3个月裸眼视力≥ 0 .5者分别占 70 .2 % ,88.5 % ,89.5 %和 90 .2 %。术后 1周、1个月和 3个月平均角膜散光与术前比较 ,无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。术后角膜水肿和前房炎性反应轻微 ,瞳孔形态保持良好。结论 :该手术疗效满意 ,术后恢复快 ,可稳定眼屈光状态及视力。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effectiveness of ECCE with intraocular lens mplantation through a small scleral tunnel incision. Methods: 102 cases (120 eyes) of senile cataract underwent ECCE with posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation through a 4 mm long tunnel incision at 1.5-2.0 mm of superior limbus. Results: Postoperatively, the uncorrected visual acuities was 70.2%, 88.5%,89.5% and 90.2%, respectively, on the 1st day, 1st week, 1st month and 3rd month , respectively. The mean diopters of astigmatism in postoperative 1 week, 1 month, and 3 months compared with that before the surgery had no significant difference ( P > 0.05 ) . The postoperative corneal edema and anterior chamber flare were mild. The shape of pupil remained well. Conclusion: This operation can obtain the best visual acuity at the early stage and the refractive status is stable as the phacoemulsification. The postoperative therapeutic effectiveness is satisfactory.
