片姜黄HPLC指纹图谱研究

摘    要:目的:建立不同产地片姜黄药材的指纹图谱.方法:采用HPLC,建立了16批不同产地的片姜黄药材的指纹图谱.色谱柱Kromasil 100-5C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相乙腈-水溶液梯度洗脱,柱温35℃,流速0.8 mL· min-1,检测波长244 nm,提取41个色谱峰作为化学性状,分别采用相似度评价,聚类分析和主成分分析等方法,对所收集的16批样品进行系统的比较与归类.结果:建立片姜黄专属性的指纹图谱,确定了14个共有峰,将不同产地的样品分为三大类.结论:该方法重复性好,简便可靠,可用于片姜黄药材的鉴别,可以为片姜黄的质量控制和临床使用提供依据.

Abstract:Objective:To find a quality evaluation method of Concisum Rhizoma Wenyujin.Method: HPLC fingerprint profiles of sixteen samples were established.Column Kromasil 100-5C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) was used.The mobile phase was acetonitrile and water,and the flow rate was 0.8 mL·min-1.A matrix including 41 variations(characteristic peaks area) and 16 cases(samples) was constructed for similarity evaluation,cluster analysis and principle component analysis.Result: The results showed that the collected samples had a good similarity.A specificity fingerprint chromatogram was produced and fourteen characteristic peaks were designated.Sixteen samples were divided into three groups.Conclusion: It was a reliable and available method of quality control of Rhizoma wenyujin concisum and it was necessary for the safe and practicable use of this herbal medicine.
