| 摘 要： | 目的：研究血清肌钙蛋白I在小儿心肌炎诊断中的价值。方法：测定正常小儿、心肌炎患儿血清肌钙蛋白I（cTnI）。结果：48例心肌炎组cTnI阳性检出率为68．75％,而正常小儿cTnI阳性检出率为0。结论：在心肌炎心肌损伤诊断中,cTnI特异性为100％,敏感性为68．75％,明显优于目前常用的心肌酶学检查。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the value of cardiac troponin (cTnI) in the diagnosis of child myocarditis.Methods:cTnI were detected in both health children and myocarditis children.Results:68 75% of 48 myocarditis children showed cTnI(+),while in the health children,no one was detected as cTnI(+).Conclusion:In diagnosis of myocarditis,the specificity of cTnI is 100% and it's sensitivity is 68 75%.cTnI shows more valuable than that of the myocardiac enzyme widely used today. |
