中西医结合快速康复护理在环状混合痔患者中的应用效果评价

目的:分析评价中西医结合快速康复护理对环状混合痔患者的干预效果。方法:选取环状混合痔患者100例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各50例,最后完成实验患者共95例,观察组48例,对照组47例。观察组采用中西医结合快速康复护理,对照组采用传统方法护理。比较2组临床疗效、患者术后疼痛及住院时间、创面愈合时间等,比较术前1天、术后第3天白细胞计数(WBC)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)及白细胞介素-6 (IL-6)水平。结果:术后6 h、术后第1天、术后第3天,观察组视觉模拟(VAS)评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后第3天,观察组WBC、CRP、IL-6水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组住院时间和创面愈合时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合快速康复护理应用于环状混合痔的治疗,降低了手术应激引起的炎症反应及术后并发症的发生,加快了术后恢复,也提高了患者围手术期舒适度。

Evaluation of Effect of Enhanced Recovery after Surgery of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine in Patients with Circumferential Mixed Hemorrhoids

Objective: To analyze and evaluate the intervention effect of enhanced recovery after surgery of integrated Chinese and western medicine in patients with circumferential mixed hemorrhoids. Methods:A total of 100 cases of patients with circumferential mixed hemorrhoids were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,50 cases in each group. Finally,95 cases of patients completed the experiment,48 and 47 cases in the observation group and the control group respectively. The observation group was treated with enhanced recovery after surgery of integrated Chinese and western medicine, and the control group was treated with conventional nursing. The clinical effect,the postoperative pain,the hospitalization time,the healing time of wounds in the two groups were compared;the levels of white blood cell count(WBC),C-reactive protein(CRP) and interleukin-6(IL-6) one day before surgery and three days after surgery were compared respectively. Results:After surgery for six hours,one day and three days respectively, the scores of VAS in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group, differences being significant(P < 0.05). After surgery for three days,the levels of WBC,CRP and IL-6 in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group,differences being significant(P < 0.05). The hospitalization time and the healing time of wounds in the observation group were both shorter than those in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion:The application of enhanced recovery after surgery of integrated Chinese and western medicine in treating circumferential mixed hemorrhoids reduces the occurrence of inflammatory responses caused by surgical stress and postoperative complications,speeding up the postoperative recovery and improving the comfort of patients during the perioperative period.
