参松养心胶囊联合比索洛尔治疗脑心综合征心律失常临床观察

目的:观察参松养心胶囊联合比索洛尔治疗脑心综合征心律失常的临床疗效。方法:选取脑心综合征心律失常患者66例,根据随机数字表法分为2组,对照组33例采用比索洛尔治疗,观察组33例采用参松养心胶囊联合比索洛尔治疗。比较2组治疗前后儿茶酚胺、心率变异性指标、丙二醛(MDA)、血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、内皮素-1 (ET-1)、一氧化氮(NO)水平变化情况。结果:观察组儿茶酚胺指标肾上腺素(E)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)、多巴胺(DA)水平较对照组降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组窦性R-R间期标准差(SDNN)、窦性R-R间期平均值标准差(SDANN)、R-R间期的均方根(rMSSD)、相邻两个R-R间期之差>50 ms心跳在分析信息期间占心跳数的比例(PNN50%)均较对照组升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组MDA、ET-1、NO水平较对照组降低,而SOD水平较对照组升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:参松养心胶囊联合比索洛尔治疗脑心综合征心律失常患者的效果显著,可有效降低儿茶酚胺水平,改善患者心率变异性。

Clinical Observation on Shensong Yangxin Capsules Combined with Bisoprolol for Arrhythmia Complicated with Brain-heart Syndrome

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Shensong Yangxin capsules combined with bisoprolol for arrhythmia complicated with brain-heart syndrome. Methods: A total of 66 patients with arrhythmia complicated with brain-heart syndrome were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table. The 33 patients in the control group were treated with bisoprolol, and the other 33 patients in the observation group were treated with Shensong Yangxin capsules combined with bisoprolol. The changes of the levels of catecholamine,heart rate variability,malondialdehyde(MDA),superoxide dismutase in serum(SOD),endothelin-1(ET-1) and nitric oxide(NO) before and after treatment in the two groups were compared. Results:The levels of catecholamine epinephrine(E),norepinephrine(NE) and dopamine(DA) in the observation group were decreased when compared with those in the control group,differences being significant(P < 0.05). The standard deviation of normal to normal of sinus R-R interval(SDNN), the standard deviation of sequential five-minute of sinus R-R interval means(SDANN),the root mean square of the successive differences of R-R interval(rMSSD),and the proportion of the difference of heartbeat between two adjacent R-R intervals more than 50 ms during the analysis over the number of heartbeat(PNN50%) in the observation group were all increased when compared with those in the control group, differences being significant(P < 0.05). The levels of MDA, ET-1 and NO in the observation group were decreased when compared with those in the control group,and levels of SOD were increased,the difference being significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion:The therapy of Shensong Yangxin capsules combined with bisoprolol has significant effect in treating patients with arrhythmia complicated with brain-heart syndrome, which can effectively reduce the level of catecholamine and improve the heart rate variability.
