摘    要:
目的 :观察高压氧 (HBO)对脑出血大鼠的治疗作用。方法 :实验大鼠随机分为正常组、对照组和HBO组 ,用尾状核胶原酶注射法制造大鼠脑出血模型。HBO组给予 5dHBO治疗。治疗后比较各组大鼠脑含水量、脑组织Na 、K 浓度及SOD和MDA含量 ,脑组织病理学变化。结果 :HBO组的脑含水量、Na 浓度低于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ;K 浓度及SOD活性均高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1,P <0 .0 5 ) ,MDA含量低于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;病理检查见HBO组脑组织损害轻于对照组。结论 :HBO对脑出血大鼠有保护性治疗作用。

Abstract:
Objective: To observe the effect of hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) on cerebral hemorrhage in rats. Methods: The rats were randomized into control group, cerebral hemorrhage group and cerebral hemorrhage with hyperbaric oxygen therapy group (HBO group). Collagenase was injected into caudate nucleus to establish a cerebral hemorrhage model in rat. HBO group was subjected to HBO treatment for 5 days (0.25 MPa, one h every day). The brain water content, Na , K in brain, superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde(MDA) in brain and pathological changes were observed after treatment. Results: In the HBO group brain water content and Na in brain were lower ( P <0.01) and K was higher ( P <0.01), the activity of SOD in brain tissue was higher ( P < 0.05) and MDA was lower ( P <0.05), pathological injury was milder than in cerebral hemorrhage group. Conclusion: HBO therapy has a protective effect on cerebral hemorrhage in rats.
