补片修补巨大腹壁切口疝16例报告

目的总结聚丙烯网片补片修补巨大腹壁切口疝的临床经验。方法回顾性分析2003年4月-2008年10月亳州市人民医院普外科治疗16例巨大腹壁切口疝患者的临床资料。结果手术操作、缝合方式、放置引流管、预防性抗生素应用及术前提高腹壁顺应性为影响愈合的主要因素。16例患者均痊愈出院，无严重并发症出现。结论应用补片法修补腹壁巨大切口疝效果良好，手术损伤小，术后恢复快，围手术期处理妥善可避免术后并发症发生。

16 Cases of Abdominal Giant Incisianal Hernia Treated with Mesh

Objective To review the clinical experiences of repairing abdominal giant incisional hernia（AGIH） by Polypropylene mesh. Methods 16 patients with AGIH treated in our hospital from Apr. 2003 to Oct. 2008 were analyzed retrospectively. Results The operation technique, tact system, drainage tub, preventive using of antibiotic and preoperative improving the compliance of abdominal wall influenced the wound healing obviously. All patients were cured without serious postoperative complications. Conclusion The Polypropylene mesh has stable efficacy for AGIH with advantage of slight injury and quick recovery. The appropriate management in the perioperative stage can prevent postoperative complications effectively.
