| 摘 要： | 目的 观察中药薰蒸对腰椎间盘突出症患者止痛效果.方法 将350例腰椎间盘突出症患者分为两组.治疗组(180例)采用中药薰蒸,对照组(170例)用红外线照射法,其它治疗方法两组相同.结果 两组止痛效果有显著性差异(P＜0.01).结论 中药薰蒸对腰椎间盘突出症有显著止痛效果. |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the analgesic effect of herb fumigation therapy for lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion(LIDP).Methods 250 patients with LIDP were randomized to receive herb fumigation therapy (n=180, treatment group) or infrared irradiation treatment (n=170, control group) except for the same basic treatment.Results The analgesic effect of herb fumigation therapy was significantly better than that of infrared irradiation treatment.Conclusion$$ Herb fumigation therapy has significant analgesic effect on LIDP. |
