| 脑血栓形成急性期患者红细胞免疫功能的变化 | |

| 摘 要： | 检测了３６例脑血栓形成急性期患者和３１例正常对照者红细胞免疫功能。结果显示，脑血栓形成急性期患者的红细胞Ｃ３ｂ受体花环率显著降低，红细胞免疫复合物花环率显著增高，血清中的红细胞免疫粘附增强因子活性显著降低，红细胞免疫粘附抑制因子活性显著增强，表明脑血栓形成急性期患者红细胞免疫粘附功能低下。 |

| Abstract: | The four immunologic indexes were measured in 36 patients with acute cerebrothrombotsis in acute stage and in 31 controls. The result showed that the features of changing red cell immune function in patients with cerebro-thrombosis in acute stnge were that red cel C3b receptor rosette rate decreased,red cell immune complex rosette rate increased,and the activity of serum red cell immune enhancing factor decreased,the activity of red cell immune adher,the suppression factor increased,red cell immune adherence functions was impaired. |
