急性草鱼胆汁中毒的实验病理研究

摘    要:
40只大鼠随机分为3个实验组和1个对照组,实验组灌服新鲜草鱼胆汁。结果表明:实验鼠肾小管及肾小球病变明显;肾小管上皮细胞碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、酸性磷酸酶(ACP)、琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)、细胞色素氧化酶(CCO)活性降低;肾小球和肾小管基底膜LN增多;血清BUN、SGPT升高。病变程度显示剂量一效应关系。进一步表明急性草鱼胆汁中毒病程迁延时,主要靶组织是肾小管和肾小球,其死因是急性肾功能衰竭。

Abstract:
40 rats were randomly divided into 3 experimental groups and a control group. The experimental groups were given grass carp bile by oral administration. It was found that the epithelial cells of the proximal convoluted and distal tubules degenerated and necrosed severely in the experimental groups and that enzymatic activity of AKP, ACP, SDH, CCO in the epithelial cells decreased. There was an increase in the amount of Laminin(LN) in GBM and TBM. The level of BUN and SGPT increased. Dose-effect relationship was obvious. The results suggest that the main target organ is the kidneys and the cause of death is acute renal failure when the course of intoxication is delayed.
