| Abstract: | It was discussed about the principles for operation of community hospitals which were reorganized as community health service center. They were: to let ideas fitting with the situation, to focus on establishment of infrastructure, to stress on human resources nurturance and reorganization of departments. It was also important to set up community health service station appropriately, to operate family hospital beds actively,to provide health services in the family environment, to expand family doctor system and to set up family health records. |
