Abstract:
Tissue distribution of 14C radioactivity was determined at various time intervals in rats transplanted with Morris hepatoma 7777 after an intravenous injection of dl-lactic acid-1[14C]. The highest relative concentration of 14C observed was in liver at 2 min after injection. Relative concentration in tumor was not impressive enough to suggest potential use as a tumor-imaging radiopharmaceutical.
