| 摘 要： | 采用双波长薄层扫描法测定了冠心丹参颗粒中三七的有效成分人参皂甙Ｒｇ１含量；采用薄层层析法对三七、降香、丹参进行了定性鉴别。方法简便，专属性强，重现性好，可作为冠心丹参颗粒的质量控制。
