球形肺炎与肺内孤立性球形病变的影像学诊断

目的 讨球形肺炎、肺内孤立性球形病变的影像学诊断与鉴别诊断。方法 收集32例临床资料较完整的病例，均照有X线正侧位胸片，CT扫描片，进行2—14周的追踪观察，对比影像学检查效果。结果 2例中14例曾误诊断肺癌，其中4例准备手术治疗，后术前复查，炎性病变吸收；另1例因长期抗炎治疗效果不佳，手术治疗。结论 形肺炎与其他肺内球形病变不同特点是：临床起病急，有高烧、胸痛、吐痰史，其边缘模糊，经抗炎治疗短期内病褒明显缩小或完全消失；CT扫描检查优于X线平片。
