摘    要:
研究发酵液中R-扁桃酸的离子交换分离工艺.采用711-OH型阴离子交换树脂从发酵液中分离R-扁桃酸时,最适动态吸附条件为上柱液pH值6.0~7.0、R-扁桃酸浓度70~80 mmol/L、苯乙酮酸浓度8~10 mmol/L和流速0.5 Bv/h,最适动态解吸条件为2% HCl为解吸液、解吸流速1.5 Bv/h.采用本工艺,发酵液中R-扁桃酸的总提取率为90.3%.

Abstract:
The purpose is to study a new method for the separation and purification of R-mandelic acid from ferment broth by ion exchange technology. While R mandelic acid separated from ferment broth at 711-OH anion exchange resin,the optimum dynamic adsorption condition was 6.0-7. 0 pH value, 70- 80 mmol/L R-mandelic acid concentration, 8 - 10 mmol/L phenylglyoxilic acid concentration and 0. 5 Bv/h velocity of flow. The optimum dynamic desorption condition was 2% HCl concentration and 0. ,5 Bv/h velocity of flow. 90.8% R-mandelic acid could be separated from ferment broth by this technicque.
