循证护理在机械通气患者吸痰护理中的应用

目的：探讨循证护理（EBN）在械通气患者吸痰护理中的应用效果.方法：将2010年8月～2013年3月收治的78例机械通气患者随机分为对照组和观察组各39例,对照组采用常规护理操作吸痰,观察组在EBN指导性进行吸痰操作.结果：两组患者吸痰后10 min的收缩压、HR和PaO2无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.观察组吸痰后10 min的SpO2高于对照组（P＜0.05）,吸痰间隔时间长于对照组（P＜0.05）,并发症发生率低于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论：运用EBN指导械通气患者的吸痰护理,可明显提高吸痰效果,降低并发症发生率.

Effect observation of quality control circle activities in reducing emergency department goods defect rate

Objective：To investigate the QCC activities in reducing the emergency department goods defect rate of application. Methods： To set up quality control circle, to determine the ＂reduce defect rate of emergency department goods＂ campaign theme, applying PDCA circulation principle investigation, cause analysis, countermeasure and organize the implementation, effect examination etc. Results： The emergency department goods defective rate from 48.53% down to 24.49% after the implementation of the QCC activities. Conclusion： QCC activities to reduce the defect rate of emergency department goods, play a team memberg innovation consciousness, improve the working enthusiasm of team members and cooperation skill.
