腔镜下孤立甲状腺结节切除术的临床分析

目的:探讨腔镜下甲状腺结节切除术的安全性和应用效果。方法:回顾性分析孤立甲状腺结节手术71例的临床资料,其中32例完全利用腔镜手术(腔镜组),传统手术方法39例(传统组)。结果:两组在术中出血、术后引流量、术后住院时间、术后并发症方面差异无统计学意义。两组在手术时间(112.4±33.7与81.2±21.5),住院花费(7.242与5.153),切口美容满意度(96.7%与21.3%)等方面差异有统计学意义。结论:腔镜行甲状腺结节切除术安全可靠,并具有切口美容效果好、术后恢复快等优点。

Clinical experiences of endoscopic thyroidectomy for solitary thyroid nodules
