| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨颅脑损伤患血清胃泌素的变化规律及其与消化道并发症的关系。方法：对38例(男24，女14)颅脑损伤患的血清胃泌素水平变化进行观察。采用放射兔疫分析法测定血清胃泌素浓度并对测定结果进行统计分析。结果：颅脑损伤患血清胃泌素明显高于正常对照组，二的统计差别有显性(P＜0．01)。结论：颅脑损伤患血清胃泌素水平明显升高，且与消化造并发症的发生有关。

| Abstract: | objective:To study the rhythm of the change of serum gastrin in craniocerebral trauma patients and the relationship between it and gastrointestinal tract complications.Methods:The serum gastrin levels of 38 cases(including male22 and female 13)with craniocerebral trauma patients were measured by radioimmunoassay and the results were analyzes.Results:The serum gastrin levels of craniocerebraltrauma patients were higher than those of normal controls.They had a distinct difference(p> 0,01).Conclusion:The level of serum gastrin in the craniocerbral trauma patients increases markedly and it relates with gastrointestinal tract complications. |
