中药外洗与艾灸疗法在乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿治疗中疗效观察

摘    要:
目的:观察中药外洗与艾灸疗法在乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿治疗中的临床疗效。方法:将60例乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿患者随机分为观察组、对照组,每组30例,对照组采用静脉滴注丹参注射液与上肢功能锻炼的方法治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用上肢局部中药外洗与艾灸疗法,观察2组的临床疗效。结果:观察组与对照组优良率(63.3%与23.3%)及总有效率(93.3%与66.7%)比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P0.05),观察组优于对照组。结论:在治疗乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿时,配合中药外洗与艾灸疗法能取得更好的临床疗效。

Abstract:
Objective : To evaluate the clinical effect of external herbs and moxibustion therapy in treatment of upper extremity lymphedema after breast cancer. Methods : 60 patients with upper extremity lymphedema after breast cancer were randomly divided into the test group ( 30 cases ) and the control group ( 30 cases ). Both groups were treated with intravenous drips of Danshen Injection and upper limb functionalexercise. External herbs and moxibustion therapy were given additionally to the test group. We observed the curative effect of two groups. Resuhs : There were very significant differences in the excellent and good rate ( 63.3% vs23.3%, P〈0.05 ) and the total effective rate ( 93.3% vs 66.7%, P〈0.05 ) between experimental group and control group. Conclusion : In the treatment of upper extremity lymphedema after breast cancer, combination of external herbs and moxibustion therapy can achieve better clinical effective.
