优质护理服务模式在慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者中的应用效果研究

目的：探讨优质护理服务模式在慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者中的应用效果。方法选择优质护理服务前（2010年3月至2011年3月）在我院住院治疗的97例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者和优质护理服务后（2011年4月至2012年4月）在我院住院治疗的121例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者为研究对象，根据有无开展优质护理服务分为常规护理组和护理干预组，常规护理组患者给予内科常规护理，而护理干预组患者则在上述护理的基础上给予优质护理服务措施干预，比较两组患者在优质护理服务模式开展前后焦虑和抑郁情绪差异、基础护理合格率和患者对护理服务满意度变化情况。结果两组在基础护理的合格率和患者对护理人员护理服务满意率方面差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；患者在入组时，两组患者焦虑抑郁标准分差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），而在干预2周后，两组患者焦虑抑郁标准分差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。结论优质护理服务模式明显改善慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的焦虑抑郁情绪，提高患者的基础护理合格率和患者家属对护理服务的满意度，值得进一步推广，以促进我国护理事业的快速发展。

Effect of high-quality care mode on the patients with chronic obstructive pulmona-ry

Objective To study the effect of high-quality care mode on the patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease . Methods In our hospital 97 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease from March 2010 to March 2011 and 121 patients from A-pril 2011 to April 2012 were selected as research objects and divided into routine nursing group and intervention nursing group respectively . The patients in the routine nursing group were adopted the routine care and the patients in the intervention nursing group were adopted high -quality nursing service.The with anxiety, depression, the qualification rate of basic nursing and satisfaction before and after high -quality nursing service were compared .Results There were differences between two groups in the qualification rate of basic nursing and satisfaction （P〈0.05）.After 2 weeks intervention nursing, there were differences between two groups in anxiety and depression （P〈0.05）.Con-clusions High-quality nursing service mode can significantly improve anxiety and depression in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, improve basic nursing pass rate of patients and family members of patients＆#39;satisfaction with care services , and worthy of further pro-motion, to promote the rapid development of the nursing profession in China.
