临床护理路径对青光眼患者健康行为及术后并发症的影响

目的：评估临床护理路径护理模式对青光眼患者术后健康行为及并发症发生率的影响，为青光眼手术临床护理提供依据。方法将106例患者随机分为临床护理路径干预组（观察组）和常规护理组（对照组），比较两组健康教育相关知识掌握情况、患者依从性、住院时间、治疗费用及并发症发生率。结果治疗后，观察组对青光眼相关知识及术后自我保健护理等健康知识的掌握情况优于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）；观察组患者依从性、住院时间、治疗费用及并发症发生率均优于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。结论青光眼患者术后进行临床护理干预护理模式能较好的改善患者对疾病相关知识及自我保健知识的掌握程度，改善患者的依从性、住院时间、治疗费用及并发症发生率，具有较高的临床应用价值。

The effect of clinical nursing path on the healthy behaviors and postoperative com-plications of patients with glaucoma

Objective To evaluate the effect of clinical nursing path on the healthy behaviors and postoperative complications of patients with glaucoma , in order to provide reference for the clinical nursing on patients with glaucoma.Methods A total of 106 patients were randomly divided into the clinical nursing path group （ the observation group ） and the usual care group （ the control group ） .And the knowledge of health education , patient compliance , hospital stay , cost of treatment and complications rate of the two groups were com-pared.Results After treatment , the grasp of the glaucoma -related knowledge and postoperative health self -care knowledge of the observa-tion were better than those of the control group （ P〈0.05 ） .The patients＇compliance , hospitalization , treatment costs and the complication rate of the observation were better than those of the control group （ P〈0.05 ） Conclusions The treatment of clinical nursing path for pa-tients with glaucoma could improve patients＇grasp of the disease-related knowledge and self -care knowledge levels , improve patients＇com-pliance, reduce the hospital stay , cost of treatment and the incidence of complications , which was with high clinical value.
